We include parents in the decision process to assure the most comfortable and enjoyable dental experience possible for your child. However, children quickly pick up on the anxiousness of their parents, so feel confident in leaving the explaining to us.

Please refrain from using words that may cause your child to fear coming to the dentist. Terms such as “needle”, “pull” and “cavity” are replaced with “sleepy drops”, “wiggle” and “sugar bugs”, keeping you child at ease but still conveying the same message in a non-threatening manner. Your child should be informed about his/her visit and be assured that the dentist and staff will explain all procedures and answer any questions they may have.
